Ophrys Iricolor is easily installable inline with any envelope inserter machines and keeps pace with the fastest ones. Envelopes can be printed with any graphics on demand, and work changes are immediate. The user inserts blank envelopes into the inserter machine. The overprinter’s vision system extracts the mailpiece identification code for the printer controller software to print the individually assigned graphics. The personalized designs and addresses are printed directly on the filled and sealed envelope. Once printed, the post-print vision system checks the printout and records production tracking data.
